No, The Restaurant Tour is self-guided. The complimentary app provides a list of all the restaurants you'll visit, presented in the correct sequence.
Once you've made your purchase, your ticket is automatically linked to your email address. Simply log into our app using that email, and your ticket will be available there.
Yes, but it depends on the route's capacity. You can choose a route when you buy the ticket, or adjust it afterward in the app.
You may cancel without incurring any charges up to 48 hours before the event begins. Beyond this point, we can't accept cancellations due to the preparations the restaurants will have made in anticipation of your visit.
